Return Policy

At Zinglu, we want you to be happy with every toy you buy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may return it within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Conditions for Return:

  • Return request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.) must be provided.
  • We may request images or videos of the product for verification before approval.

Note: We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
